1️⃣ Bride: “I’ve seen your photos, it looks so magical! Is the venue exclusive to us on our wedding day?”

🪶 Planner: Absolutely! You will have exclusive use of The Dragonfly Retreat for your wedding day or weekend, so you and your guests can relax without other guests around.

2️⃣ Bride: “Can we bring our own decorations, or do you provide styling?”

🪶 Planner: We love when couples add personal touches! We have beautiful boho décor already on site (arch, lanterns, rugs, candles) included in your package, but you are welcome to bring small personal items like photos, table names, or special signage to add your personal vibe.

3️⃣ Bride: “Do you allow live music or DJs?”

🪶 Planner: Yes, we welcome live acoustic music, bands, and DJs. We have power supply, a dance area, and chill-out spaces. We can recommend trusted local musicians and DJs who know the venue well.

4️⃣ Bride: “How many guests can we have?”

🪶 Planner: We can host up to 40 guests for the ceremony and reception comfortably, with accommodation on-site for up to 18 guests. If you wish to invite additional guests for the ceremony only, we can discuss this in your planning call.

5️⃣ Bride: “Do you provide catering, or can we bring our own chef?”

🪶 Planner: We work with trusted caterers who understand our kitchen and layout. We offer boho feasts, sharing platters, BBQ, and paella options. For health and safety, we do not allow external caterers unless pre-agreed with us and with appropriate certifications.

6️⃣ Bride: “Is there a bridal suite for getting ready?”

🪶 Planner: Yes, you will have use of our light-filled bridal suite with a private terrace and pool views for getting ready, and photographers love this space for morning prep shots.

7️⃣ Bride: “What’s your payment structure?”

🪶 Planner: We require a 25% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before your wedding. We can arrange a payment plan to help you spread the cost if you wish.

8️⃣ Bride: “Can we have fireworks or lanterns?”

🪶 Planner: Due to local regulations and our commitment to wildlife and safety, fireworks and sky lanterns are not permitted. However, we do allow sparklers during your first dance or evening celebrations.

9️⃣ Bride: “What’s included in the venue hire?”

🪶 Planner: Your venue hire includes:
✅ Exclusive use of the venue and gardens
✅ Ceremony area setup with décor
✅ Dining tables and chairs
✅ Fairy lights and ambient lighting
✅ Pool area and chill-out zones
✅ Bridal suite for preparations
✅ Venue coordinator on the day
✅ Cleaning before and after your event

Catering, drinks packages, celebrant, photographer, and entertainment are arranged separately with our recommended suppliers or your chosen vendors.

🪶 Planner: We have a beautiful indoor space that can be used for your ceremony or reception in case of rain, ensuring your day remains magical whatever the weather.

🪶 Planner: Yes, we have 8 double rooms and 2 single rooms sleeping up to 18 guests for wedding stays. We can recommend nearby accommodations for additional guests.

1️⃣2️⃣ Bride: “Do you have a recommended supplier list?”

🪶 Planner: Yes, we have trusted photographers, celebrants, florists, DJs, musicians, and caterers who know The Dragonfly well and align with our boho, relaxed, and high-quality service ethos.

1️⃣3️⃣ Bride: “Can we have a pool party the next day?”

🪶 Planner: Absolutely! Many of our couples love hosting a next-day poolside brunch or paella party to continue the celebrations with family and friends.
